Now a days many government official being retired for their mischievous behaviour and involved in corruption.
If we listen this ,read this ,then we find it very peaceful that some of people got punished .but in actual is it right to sustain the corrupt official for upto his age of 50 years.
In my view not a single official whether private,government or semi government to be spared if charges has been proved.
Second scrutiny is very much required for everybody time to time and most important use of result be used only for the purpose of right man to right job.
In india salary and perks are biggest issue,job security is mostly not available in private sector except some industries like tata ,hindalco etc thats why the private sector is not that much lucrative area .
Due to all these reasons central,state government sector becomes more secure than any other area for lower level at least. One of the biggest problems in government sector and now a days private sector also that unnecessarily transferring the people from their native place to other places so the person can not develop his society ,even person can not built his own house,their children do not study.
Now a days service become like banana chips cutting machine e.g. whether you perform or go...whether you give profit or go...
Instead of this
In my view
1.Age has not to be bar for corrupt officials.
2.one nation ,one salary at one place.
3.if the transfer is very much required than it is responsbility of the employer to provide all the perks and facility as per native ness of employee like foreign misson.
4.charges has to be proved with in 15 days infront of ombudsmen combination of 03 people and president out 03 has to 100% third party.
5.conversion of liability into asset is the biggest art and employees are asset not liability.
6.each and every charges of corruption has to studied in broader way so that not a type of corruption be repeated.
7.work incharge has to person who is responsible to do ,not officer has to be incharge for everything by vertue , most corrution happens due to this only.
Hope we will understand stand that corruption is not the problem,it is the chance to happen the corruption is a problem and giving punishment to the employees who has been made incharge for unnecessarily reason due to organisational requirements and our courts are unable to give judgements within a day or two we are punishing the our older and experienced employees by sending them home which is not actually not available due to unnecessary transfer during service period.
